Pro-Fitness... Pro-Fitness was opened in 1996 by Louise & Mark Blundell.

Marks life time ambition was open his own gym, whilst Louise spent most of her spare time in one after work and weekends! Not long after they were married they both decided to put all their efforts and finances into setting up their own business - Profitness

Both Mark and Louise have been dedicated bodybuilders and decided from the start to offer a personal touch with every customer, offering guidance and support where needed and to help with programmes and nutritional advice.

About Us... When it comes to keeping fit and looking good everyones goal is a different one. Here at Pro-Fitness we pride ourselves in helping you achieve this regardless of ability, age and attitude.

Whether it's to keep fit, body build or to lose weight our personal touch is apparent, come and see for yourself. We operate a member and non-member session.

£4.00 for non-member fee
£30 membership followed by a £3.00 visit fee or £9.00 weekly fee
£320 for a full membership
£190 for a six month membership

Opening Times:-
Monday and Wednesday 8am - 9pm. Friday 8am - 8pm
Tuesday and Thursday 10am - 9pm
Saturday 10am - 3pm. Sunday 10am -1.00pm

Personal Training Fitness enriches the lives of those who possess it but is denied to those who do nothing to deserve it. All it takes is a little effort on your part or a little push by us.

For that extra push either for motivation, structure or to go the extra mile we also offer a personal training option. No two people share an identical level of fitness. Your personal programme will take this into account. There is no way that fitness can be rushed so be prepared to exercise little and often at first.

A 20 minute workout performed 3 or 4 times a week will provide a reservoir of dynamic energy that can add zest to your life.

The best part of our job is to see clients come into the gym; devise an individual programme for them and to see it followed through and see the fantastic end result.

Pete the Boxing Trainer is a retired semi-professional boxer - feather weight and.charges £10 per session for a one to one lesson.
