poor quality and customer service


55483 Southfork Garage failed to reconnect sensors for coolant and an emission, meaning a MOT retest was not completed, they ignored corrosion on sub frame, holes in back exhaust, failed to provide a copy of emissions certificate. Corrosion on back exhaust not mentioned. They stated they understood why we were concerned but stated that the sensors must have disconnected some other way. They advised the back exhaust was not an issue at the time of MOT 10 days previous, that they did retest the car. The customer service was poor and made me feel i was an inconvenience to them. I contacted DVSA for advice and spoke to Amie who advised to appeal. the garage reconnected one sensor. I started the car and the check engine lights were still on. he then reconnected a sensor to the coolant that was dangling. I have taken pictures as evidence of all the issues.
